ISG Asia specialises in providing property and construction services to owners and occupiers of real estate in the Asia, the Gulf Region and Europe.

We partner with and work for our customers by providing a range of services that include project management, construction, and facilities management which are performed independently or integrated as a complete occupancy life cycle solution.

These services are offered consistently throughout the region via our network of fully-owned offices and 400 full-time staff following ISO-certified best practice processes.

At ISG Asia, we recognise that all businesses have very different requirements for the creation and management of their workplace, and we offer specific solutions that are based on two key services.


Facilities Construction
We provide a range of delivery models from independent project management to full construction services that deliver projects from conception to completion.

This may involve managing the construction of a new data centre and accompanying mission critical engineering services, relocating and fitting-out a commercial office or renovating a five star hotel.


Facilities Management
We use our advisory, facilities and property skills to manage and operate buildings on your behalf - whether you are an owner or a tenant. ISG Asia has the expertise to manage your property portfolio and working environment to minimise costs and help you to use your space efficiently.

Our Facilities Managers can be employed on a bespoke consultancy basis or on a longer term basis which may include the outsourcing and management of your front of the house staff and maintenance teams.

Once the key objectives of a project are identified ISG Asia will advise on a suitable delivery model. We tailor our solutions to meet your required risk profile, timeframe and level of involvement offering a wide-range of options from fee-based construction management to fixed price to management contracting and design and build.
