Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- The incumbent will be responsible for the site valuation, preparation of progress certificates, variation orders, final accounts procurement, monitoring of materials and construction cost, and liasing with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent;
- Possess at least 2 years experience in the industry;
- Computer literate and exhibit strong arithmetical and negotiation skills;
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
