Human Resource Administrator (Ref: ISGHK-08-0022)

Requirements

Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines;
With 3-5 years solid experience in implementing and developing HRIS operations with regional exposure is a plus;
Good understanding of staff and payroll administration workflow, including monthly payroll, pension and insurance scheme, tax reporting, and staff data;
Familiar with PRC labour laws, knowledge in Hong Kong labour ordinance and other regulatory practices an advantage;
Strong project management ability;
Attentive to details and sensitive to figures with good organisation skill;
Able to work independently and demonstrate as a good team player;
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin and excellent skills in communication and presentation.

Project Finance Manager/Assistant Project Finance Manager
(Ref: ISGHK-08-0008)

Requirements

Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or other similar qualifications;
Minimum 5 years’ or above relevant experience in QS Consultant/Interior Design Contractor and Construction Projects; candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Finance Manager;
Experience of working with a team and consultant, working for either an interior fit-out contractor or a cost consultancy on interior projects; with PRC, Taiwan and/or Macau projects experience will be an added advantage;
Well-organised, ability to prioritise and accomplish deadline with limited supervision;
Good command of verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Experience of working in Mainland China, Taiwan and/or Macau shall be an advantage;
Computer literacy is essential.
