Industrial Placement and Graduate Opportunities

The Industrial Placement students and graduates and who join us every year are a tremendous asset to our business. We pride ourselves in being able to identify our employees’ needs for development and encourage their desire for challenge.
Industrial Placements
The aim of our industrial placement year scheme is to provide students with practical, structured and supported experience. Industrial Placement students follow a shortened version of the Graduate programme which provides the opportunity to gain real work experience. Students who later return as Graduate trainees are able to fast track their development programme.
Graduate Development
In the UK we offer a flexible graduate scheme which is tailored to develop each graduate to the level of Assistant Manager within an 18 month to two year period. We offer real on site experience which builds on the theory learnt at university.
Both schemes provide quarterly reviews and an assigned mentor. Attainment of the appropriate professional qualification, CIOB, RICS etc is actively encouraged and supported.
You are eligible to apply for either scheme if you are studying or graduating in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services or other similar construction related degrees.
