Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

  • Monthly consolidation of statutory and management accounts;
  • Monthly preparation of reporting to overseas headquarters;
  • Group treasury, cash pooling and hedging;
  • Full set of accounts for management holding and two small subsidiaries;
  • Tax management for various group companies;
  • Liaising with auditors and tax consultants;
  • Maintenance and standardisation of the group wide accounting platform;
  • Reports to the Country Director;
  • Support the Group Finance Director in various duties.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience with consolidation of group statutory and management accounts;
  • At least 5 years' experience in full set of accounts;
  • Experience in cash pooling, hedging and group cash management;
  • Experience in managing 1 to 2 staff.

Project Manager

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in a Building Studies/Engineering/Architectural/related discipline or other similar qualifications;
  • At least 5 years’ project management experience in commercial/retail property management with multinational corporate exposure an advantage;
  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills in working with cross disciplines and cross cultural teams;
  • Good command of written and spoken English with hands on knowledge of PC application.
